Ladies in our office banded a team together.

I just wanted to share my 60-day experience with you. We have a group of ladies here in our office that banded a team together for our fit challenge. As we continued on our daily journey, my friend Carrie Rupe pushed me to continue to be healthy, eat healthy, walk on breaks and even do cardio, pilates or kickboxing routines on our lunch break. At the end of our 60 days, both Carrie & I have lost a little over 10 pounds each.

We have vowed to continue walking and exercising together even after our challenge ends. I wanted to thank Carrie for inspiring me to do better for me.
